Continuous Improvement Manager
Our client, a Fortune 200 global manufacturing leader founded in the early 1900s, specializes in producing advanced films utilized across various industries such as financial services, ID solutions, industrial, and medical sectors. They are now introducing a newly created Continuous Improvement Manager position. This high-profile, strategic role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, developing internal talent, and driving impactful initiatives.
In this role, the continuous improvement manager will be responsible for the following :
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company's business model
- Lead and facilitate structure improvement projects, delivering measurable gains.
- Lead operational efforts including development of control plans and FMEAs for new products
- Develop and execute road-map for continuous improvement.
- Coach and support teams at all levels
- Track progress through relevant KPIs
- Provide daily leadership to the quality team to maintain and improve product / process standards
- Collaborate with site leaders to improve safety, behavior and performance
- Build and support a strong pipeline of future leaders within CI, Quality and Maintenance

The successful applicant will have :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Safety, or a closely related technical field.Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality leadership, or continuous improvement initiatives.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving long-term process enhancements.Solid understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and effective risk mitigation practices.Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.What's on offer :
