The Continuous Improvement Project Manager will be responsible for finding and implementing process improvements and best practices across each Tempo site.

Lead Project Design and Implementation

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, design project plans, and implement solutions at both Tempo production facilities and corporate office
• Spend time training teams across each shift / function to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies
• Act as liaison for troubleshooting and resolution of startup issues

Identify Operational Efficiency Opportunities and Work With Sites to Implement and Sustain Best Practices

This position requires up to 75% travel.
