Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Instructor

A company is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer / Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

Develops Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training processes, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Designs and conducts practical lab exercises and on-the-job training to enhance mechanical maintenance skills

Evaluates trainees' mechanical proficiency through assessments and prepares training performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

2 years of commercial power plant experience in a nuclear mechanical maintenance discipline

Military nuclear experience of 4 years or more

Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of M&T training programs

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Adaptability to changes in plant design, procedures, and schedules
