Maintenance Technicians – Level 2 and Level 3

Location : Clintonville, WI

Shift Night (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

Wage Range :

• Level 2 : $29 to $32 per hour
• Level 3 : $29 to $33 per hour
• Night shift premium : Additional $1.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians (Level 2 and Level 3) to join our manufacturing maintenance team on either the day or night shift , working a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work and want to grow in a stable, high-performing industrial environment.

Job Summary

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, systems, and facilities. Technicians at both levels perform a mix of mechanical and electrical work, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades. Level 3 technicians are expected to take on more complex electrical work and lead projects and mentoring initiatives.
