Quality Manager key responsibilities :

• Oversee the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including customer requests, return evaluations, and authorization issuance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, providing timely updates and resolution support.
• Lead a team of engineers in performing failure analysis on returned products and preparing technical reports.
• Analyze return data and generate performance metrics, such as PPM (parts per million) and cycle time to closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to address and resolve product-related issues.
• Drive corrective and preventive action initiatives based on customer feedback and product performance trends.
• Align customer satisfaction goals with internal quality processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Implement systems to capture and analyze customer feedback, using insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
