Responsibilities
- Oversee user access management for THOR / iTOPPS, including onboarding, permissions updates, and deactivation in line with security protocols.
- Coordinate and monitor system security, ensuring compliance with SSA, Privacy Act, and federal data protection standards.
- Design, update, and manage content within THOR / iTOPPS to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with EN program goals and user needs.
- Assess, prioritize, and provide recommendations for system enhancements to improve content delivery, usability, and functionality.
- Test and validate new features, content updates, and system modifications prior to implementation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and program stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Draft, review, and update user documentation, training materials, and reference guides related to content and system changes.
- Conduct periodic quality assurance checks and audits of content accuracy and access rights.
- Support Section 508 compliance initiatives by ensuring all content and system interfaces meet accessibility standards.
- Prepare regular reports on system access, security incidents, content changes, and user feedback for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years relevant experience, or high school diploma / GED with 8–10 years directly related systems content management or user access / security experience.Experience managing user access, permissions, and security controls in workflow or content management systems.Strong background in content design, editing, and updates within web-based or custom software platforms.Demonstrated ability to implement system enhancements and conduct quality assurance testing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at preparing clear documentation and user guides.Proficient with system administration tools, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical skills for troubleshooting system issues, reporting, and data quality review.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal privacy / security regulations (such as FISMA or Privacy Act).Ability to work collaboratively with IT, security, and program management teams.Clearance
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain an SSA Public Trust clearance.
