The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Your ability to find root causes to problems will be well supported by an environment of calculated risk and testing. Work Schedule :

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Typically 2pm-2 : 30pm until 2 : 30am-3am with pre-shift planning and post-shift wrap up (Shift runs 4pm-2am)

About you :

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to engage and motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to access all areas of the distribution center including the mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the distribution center
