The Role

Rain is looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented People and Culture Coordinator that wants to be part of building a world-class employee experience at Rain. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow as an HR professional in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will work directly with the VP, People and other key stakeholders across the People Operations team. This position will work a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days per week) from our Nashville, TN office.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Culture and Communications

• Manage employee gifting platforms and swag store.
• Plan and execute culture initiatives such as recognition programs, virtual gatherings and celebrations, and employee events, meetings, and summits.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of company intranet.
• Assist in the drafting and distribution of CEO newsletter, the scheduling of All Hands Events, and other company-wide communications as requested.
• Monitor the HR@Rain email inbox and ensure all messages get responses in a timely fashion.

Compensation

$55,000-$65,000

Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
