Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The Operations Coordinator assists the team with reporting, filing, and general office coordination. The role is best suited for a team player who possesses a strong work ethic, is organized and detail-oriented, and communicates effectively .

Job Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
• Assist HR with orientations - systems & reporting training (QBT, DR, DVIR, EIR)
• Review timekeeping entries for weekly payroll
• Prepare supervisor binders and AMI gear for new employees
• Coordinate the prep of vehicles for new Ops Salaried employees
• Print telematics reports at month end
• Scribe all Ops meetings; print agendas and supporting documents as needed
• Serve as liaison between operations and other departments on behalf of Ops Manager
• Track operational tasks using spreadsheets, Asana, & Google Calendar
• Pre-order materials and trucking
• Request 811 and other permits
• Manage water meters and submit readings to municpalities
• Prepare and communicate daily lineup to Ops supervisors
• Provide daily administrative support to Ops manager, as requested
• Provide administrative support to Shop, as requested
• Serve as backup to Estimating Coordinator

Skills Needed :

Job Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday (6 : 00am-2 : 30pm)

Salary Range : $55,000 - $70,000
