Responsibilities of the AP & Payroll Specialist :

  • Process payroll bi weekly for under 100 employees
  • Tracking invoice payments, making bank deposits, and managing cash applications
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating payment arrangements
  • Calculating billing amounts, and printing and mailing bills when needed

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable AND payroll experience
  • Non profit experience is a plus
  • Intermediate excel skills- pivot tables and vlookups
