CNC Milling Operator II Technical Advisor

1 position on 1st shift from 6 : 48 am to 3 : 18 pm.

Summary : A successful CNC Milling Operator II can safely and efficiently manufacture parts that meet all quality and safety requirements. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position and reports to the Production Planner Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently produce a product that meets all quality parameters.
• Meet production requirements.
• Must be able to provide your own tools.
• Work to blueprint part tolerances.
• Work with metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Adjust feed rates, spindle speeds, and offsets when necessary.
• Deburr machined parts as required.
• Inspect parts during production.
• Develop fixturing and work holding componentry.
• Monitor and maintain machine fluid levels.
• Cross-train on other plant machinery.
