Influencer Marketing Manager role at Fenton. Location : NY or LA. We are seeking a dynamic Network and Influencer Manager to build and promote independent films that raise awareness of social impact issues. Fenton is a social change agency focused on human rights, social and economic justice, environment, education, and public health. We are a fast-growing, award-winning agency committed to diversity and equity.
Base pay range : $80,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.
We are launching a new endeavor to increase viewership of independent films with national nonprofits and social-impact influencers, driving affinity-driven theatrical runs for independent films and engaging 10,000 – 75,000 paying patrons per release.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on, builder role : create systems, relationships, and workflows from the ground up.
- Serve as a boots-on-the-ground outreach lead and a systems thinker who can track, tier, and optimize engagement.
- Lead the Nonprofit Network – a coalition of 500+ national nonprofits signing MOUs to support our work.
- Manage Films.Cause-First Influencer Networks – tailored groups of influencers per film to drive awareness, ticket sales, and donations.
- Drive participation by engaging 100+ national nonprofits into our coalition by January 2026 and 500+ within the first year.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns (50-200 influencers per film) to achieve measurable ticket sales.
- Plan and execute on-demand theatrical runs with 10,000–75,000 paid patrons per film and deliver clear reporting.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to show nonprofit and influencer impact to leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in nonprofit partnerships, coalition-building, campaign organizing, or social impact marketing.Demonstrated success in managing networks of 100+ organizations or influencers.Familiarity with tools such as Captiv8, Later, CreatorIQ, or GRIN (for influencer management) and HubSpot, Airtable, or Salesforce (for CRM / coalition tracking).Hands-on experience with event or screening platforms (Gathr, Kinema, Eventbrite, etc.).Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills for outreach and coalition-building.Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a start-up / mission-driven environment.Benefits & Compensation
