The Recruitment Administrator is an in-house role that provides vital support to ThreatLocker's Talent Acquisition team. This position is highly administrative and organizational, with a strong focus on resume review, scheduling, and candidate coordination. You will work closely with the COO, internal recruiters, and cross-departmental teams to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and candidates experience a professional and welcoming introduction to the company.
This is a professional, front-facing role requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a polished presence. Over time, this role provides a pathway to build sourcing and recruiting skills, with opportunities to expand into broader talent acquisition responsibilities.
