Job Title : Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join a dynamic team that delivers cutting-edge contractor solutions across industries including food service, healthcare.

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of a company known for its innovation, energy-efficient technologies, and commitment to operational excellence. You'll work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that support strategic decisions and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support business objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to evaluate project ROI and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor business health and efficiency.
  • Support M&A activity and capital investment decisions with robust financial analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a service or industrial environment.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
