Job Summary :

Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate maintenance functions at Westbrook Care Center.  Oversee and perform maintenance services in compliance with City, State, and Federal Regulations as it applies to senior housing.  Assure that the housing community and property reflects and demonstrates a high quality of appearance and care. 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair

Oversee and perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of all building systems and equipment.

Hire, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Ensure all maintenance work complies with local codes and safety standards.

Complete required maintenance documentation and reports.

Work collaboratively with the Executive Director and staff to maintain a safe, well-functioning, and welcoming environment for residents.
