Support modernization efforts, including HR systems upgrades and process improvements.
CMP is a third-generation, family-owned manufacturer and the world's largest U-bolt supplier, holding 85% of the North American market. With six plants on one street in Cincinnati, CMP combines tradition and innovation—recently investing millions in new facilities and advanced machinery to continue leading the industry.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Manager / Director to lead CMP's Human Resources function through a period of modernization and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing HR operations, compliance, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM / PHR certification preferred.
- 8–10+ years of HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to modernize systems, build structure, and lead change.
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
