Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects. In this role, you will analyze plans and specifications, collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors, and provide detailed estimates that set the foundation for project success.

Please note : This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Monument, CO headquarters.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, labor, and material requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and ensure competitive bids.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
• Utilize preconstruction and estimating software.
• Present estimates to leadership with clear recommendations and supporting data.
• Track and evaluate between estimated and actual costs to improve accuracy.
• Maintain organized cost databases and reports for future use.
