Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences in the world of luxury homebuilding? Our client, a premier Luxury Home Builder based in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Luxury Residential Construction Experience Coordinator to join their elite team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is committed to excellence in every phase of the construction journey—from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

What You’ll Do

As a key liaison between clients, project managers, and site teams, you will :

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation with precision and professionalism

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a seamless and personalized build experience

Assist in the preparation of proposals, timelines, and budgets for high-end residential and boutique commercial projects

Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues to maintain timelines and quality standards

Communicate project updates clearly and consistently to all stakeholders

Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation to support project transparency and accountability

Support the project management team in delivering homes that exceed client expectations

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in residential construction, preferably in the luxury or custom home sector

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset

Proficiency in project management tools and construction scheduling software

Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
