Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Employee Support
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Create and manage onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Maintain and update the CCI Family Book and organizational chart.
- Prepare and distribute the monthly employee newsletter.
- Support employee recognition programs, company events, and communications.
- Manage job postings, recruitment calendars, and career fair registrations.
- Handle employment verifications and unemployment claims.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready personnel files.
Systems & Compliance
Serve as the primary administrator for the CCI HR system (CHR), ensuring accuracy and functionality.Track, report, renew, and maintain compliance items (PE renewals, licenses, certifications).Oversee pre-employment compliance, including background checks.Prepare and submit compliance reports (EEO-1, Affirmative Action).Administer and track employee leave programs (FMLA, LTD, STD).Data & Reporting
Generate compliance and workforce reports.Support retention and succession planning through dashboards and documentation.Key Deliverables
Accurate and up-to-date CHR records.Compliance dashboards for PE renewals, licenses, and regulatory requirements.Personnel files maintained and audit-ready.Updated CCI Family Book and organizational chart (quarterly).Active recruitment calendar shared with leadership.Timely compliance reporting (EEO-1, Affirmative Action, FMLA, etc.).Consistent delivery of employee newsletter and recognition initiatives.Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).Experience
2–4 years of HR, people operations, or administrative support.Hands-on experience with HRIS or HR systems.Background in onboarding, compliance, or recruiting logistics.Prior exposure to compliance reporting (EEO-1, Affirmative Action, FMLA) strongly preferred.Skills
Strong organizational and scheduling skills with sharp attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and system administration.Attributes
