We are seeking a talented TeleSales & Support Specialist to join our team at ABB Hotel Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach and providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our services and products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching our offerings and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
