Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for food and nutrition services, including retail dining, patient meal services, and catering operations .
• Ensure the highest quality of food, nutrition, and hospitality services across the 609-bed hospital.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and hospital standards.
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and cost-control initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships , including executive-level (C-suite) engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strict standards for HACCP and food safety.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline staff.
