Job Description

Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering safety and efficiency. Oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities. Manage troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades. Partner with production and quality to maximize uptime. Develop and manage budgets and capital projects. Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements. Ensure OSHA and company compliance with all activities. Conduct safety inspections and corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting (food or beverage industry preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities. CMM certification or OSHA safety training preferred. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, or off-hours to support operations.
