Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Talent Development : Mentor and lead the purchasing team, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
• Supplier & Supply Chain Management : Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and consistent supply flow. Collaborate with operations for capacity planning.
• Demand & Operational Planning : Design and implement procedures to synchronize incoming demand with operational capabilities, aligning with resource utilization.
• Lean Supply Chain Strategy : Develop and apply lean strategies for materials management to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
