What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead with hospitality, pride, and a commitment to quality.
• Maintain and exceed company standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales and profitability through smart decision-making and cost control.
• Motivate, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Collaborate with your General Manager and District Manager on projects and initiatives.
