Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US)
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with optional in-office opportunities in Irvine, CA. Our culture emphasizes growth mindset and the idea that the best idea wins.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Ensure lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years of experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clientsDeep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn AdsFamiliarity with LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6sense, and othersAbility to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint successStrong understanding of Paid search principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, or other analytics tools to drive decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingProblem-solver with a growth mindset; curious and proactiveAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommitment to quality and maintaining ethics in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as neededWhat Success Looks Like

Base salary range for this role in the US : $85,000–$95,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility.
