Z.T. Distribution, Inc. is a full-service, Direct Store Distribution (DSD) company of consumer-packaged goods (CPG). We service a broad catalog of local and national CPG items to major grocery chains, independent grocers, airports, convenience, club, drug, military, and discount stores throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Our services include warehousing, delivery, order writing, merchandising, marketing, and account management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Waukesha, WI. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, managing staff, ensuring smooth logistical operations, and optimizing workflow processes. The role involves supervising teams, coordinating with various departments, handling inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining operational excellence. Hours for this position would be 9-6pm Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be necessary, but would occur on a rotation basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience in warehouse management, and / or logistics operations
• Strong Communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the grocery distribution industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field a plus
