Company Overview : A multi-strategy, multi-manager investment platform founded in 2008 is seeking a Facilities Coordinator / Porter to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of their facility while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, residents, or visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other common areas.
- Remove trash, recycling, and debris regularly.
- Assist with deliveries, moving packages, and transporting items as needed.
- Support maintenance staff with minor repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure safety by promptly reporting hazards, damages, or security concerns.
- Respond to service requests and assist in setting up rooms, furniture, or equipment for events or daily operations.
- Uphold all facility standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in hospitality, custodial, or building services a plus.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).Strong communication and customer service skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.Compensation
