Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to exceed monthly targets

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead development or sales, with team leadership experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Extensive outbound lead generation experience
