Job Summary :
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and setting CNC milling or turning machinery to produce high-precision components that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities :
- Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
- Conduct inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.
- Keep detailed records of production activities and machine performance.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED; vocational training or apprenticeship in machining preferred.2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, or Haas).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Flexibility to work first or second shift, with overtime availability.Benefits :
