What You’ll Do
Field 50+ calls daily from members & providers regarding healthcare / benefit plans
Resolve benefit questions with professionalism and accuracy
Research claims, educate callers on solutions, and serve as a trusted resource
Deliver high-quality service while maintaining productivity standards
What We’re Looking For
Must
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make inferences when all info isn’t available
Resilience and professionalism
Ability to handle feedback and continuously improve
Additional Details
Background check required
Spanish language skills are a plus!
