Current BCBA certification from the BACB. Structured Onboarding : Learn systems, tools, values, and culture. Bridge Program : Begin a mentorship-based training experience that earns you up to 14 CEUs. Client Onboarding : Review caseloads, meet with families, and co-create intervention plans. Team Integration : Connect with a multidisciplinary clinical team through regular check-ins. Observation & Shadowing : Learn through hands-on modeling and coaching from senior clinicians.
