A company is looking for an HR Administrator to support core people processes and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews and managing ATS records
Manage onboarding processes and prepare employee contracts and updates
Assist with performance review cycles and contribute to employee engagement programs
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting
Familiarity with HR / ATS tools (Lever and Rippling / Gusto a plus)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proactive and flexible in a fast-paced, global startup environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
