Global Field And Channel Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic manager of Global Field and Channel Marketing. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting sales enablement, and building strategic channel relationships that foster long-term growth and advocacy for Alkira's network infrastructure as-a-service solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location : This position is a hybrid role and requires onsite collaboration with the team at San Jose, CA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to support and grow our partner ecosystem
- Create joint marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement materials for channel partners
- Manage allocation and utilization of marketing development funds (MDF) with partners
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to drive pipeline and revenue
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
- Support the development and execution of partner and customer advocacy programs, including securing references, testimonials, and case studies.
- Design and implement field marketing programs that directly support channel and sales teams and pipeline generation
- Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups
- Develop territory-specific marketing strategies and tactics in partnership with regional channel and sales leadership
- Create and manage field marketing tools, and collateral for channel and sales teams
- Establish metrics and reports to measure field marketing effectiveness and sales impact
- Manage budget allocation and ROI optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record in B2B technology marketing, preferably in networking, cloud computing or enterprise softwareStrong experience in field marketing and event management programsDemonstrated success in developing channel marketing programsExperience managing global marketing initiatives and cross-cultural teamsExcellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsExperience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics toolsExperience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and executionStartup experience with ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environmentsAlkira was founded in 2018 by Amir and Atif Khan, the visionary computer networking team that created the multi-billion-dollar SD-WAN market with the founding of Viptela. What we offer :
Based on California pay transparency law the salary range for this position is $120,000 $170,000. Your actual base salary and level will be determined on a case by case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education and location.
