Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to meet talent and client expectations for speed and quality
Optimize talent supply processes while ensuring high-caliber talent satisfaction and client experience
Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational clarity and achieve core business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale operations with supply / demand components
Proven ability to formulate and execute business unit Key Performance Indicators
Experience with analytics and business insights for strategic planning
Understanding of Data Architecture and Analytics toolkits and languages
