Organization & Team Overview

Comcast Business's BOS (Business Operations and Solutions) team is the driving force behind world-class sales success. From working through Sales Enablement tools and solutions, to understanding compliance and governance processes, this team is dynamic, creative, and overall focused directly on the sellers that we empower to lead the telecom sales business.

Our team is responsible for managing and disseminating communications related to process improvements across all channels and segments of Comcast Business. We create and update end-user content (EUC) for the sales teams, reinforce process adherence, and respond to feedback to continuously improve clarity around processes and tools. We collaborate closely with sales teams, process improvement teams, and system development teams to ensure our communications and educational tools meet the seller's needs. Our goals are to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication, maintain high content quality, increase process adherence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
