Position Summary Coordinates marketing communication strategies to promote our brand, products, or services to its target audience.
Responsibilities Plans and ensures consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all advertising, social media, and promotional communications.
Supports the planning and execution of special events to showcase products and amplify messaging.
Researches and identifies strategic messaging for specific advertising or promotional channels to effectively reach targeted customer segments.
Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms to grow an audience and build brand awareness.
Designs and drives high-quality social media content and campaigns that consistently align with established strategies and branding.
Conducts market research to identify social media best practices, trends, and insights.
Builds and executes a social media strategy through competitor research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Tracks and analyzes metrics to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness.
Qualifications Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
1-3 years of social media / marketing experience
Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
Understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics
