Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated  Elementary Lead Teacher  for the  2025–2026 school year . This is a  part-time  position designed to support our dual curriculum structure, with teaching responsibilities focused on  General Studies . The teacher will create engaging and differentiated lessons that foster critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead a nurturing, intellectually stimulating classroom environment and align with YAYOE’s educational philosophy and values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement engaging, purposeful, and collaborative learning experiences.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Communicate student progress clearly and consistently with parents and students.
• Prepare detailed report cards and formal progress updates as scheduled.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues across both General and Torah Studies to support the dual curriculum.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Fulfill supervisory duties as assigned by the administration.
