Headquartered in Abbotsford, BC, our third generation, family-owned business is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team at Barens. This hybrid role, based out of Shakopee, Minnesota, will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, providing exceptional customer support, and making outbound calls to support account retention and growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

What is the day in the life of a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative :

Order Entry & Processing :

• Accurately enter and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability
• Coordinate with internal departments (shipping, accounting, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment
