Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to build and set up testing for prototype refrigerators. The role involves sourcing prototype parts from local suppliers, managing inventory of parts in the shop, and documenting the build process on new products. You will also pull information and tasks from engineers to stay productive daily.

• Build and test prototype refrigerators according to specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers and pull tasks to ensure productivity.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a prototype lab alongside the engineering team, with 75% of the time on the shop floor and 25% at a desk. The work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with a flexible start time. The role requires reporting to and assisting the engineers on the team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hiawatha, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr.
