A company is looking for a Senior Sales Director - Federal Defense and Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a sales team focused on Department of Defense and Intelligence agency accounts
Set and execute a regional business plan to drive new and existing sales opportunities
Build and manage key account relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets
Required Qualifications
15+ years of technology sales experience, with 5+ years managing quota-carrying teams in Defense and Intelligence
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies for Federal customers
Strong track record in building relationships with Defense-focused channel partners
Formal sales training (e.g., MEDPICC) and experience running Sales Team Meetings and QBRs
Active Top Secret Clearance is highly preferred
