Training Specialist I (Hybrid) (Columbia)

The Training Specialist I will facilitate and deliver learning solutions in both the traditional and virtual classroom. The Training Specialist I will also develop and prepare training materials, implement and present training initiatives and measurement of training effectiveness. The Training Specialist I will work independently with some oversight, guidance and coaching from the Learning and Development Manager and / or Training Specialist III.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Minimum Requirements :

Wage / Salary Information : $50,000 - $60,000 annually, with a $4,000 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits :
