Key Responsibilities
Issue purchase orders to vendors and verify documentation for new contract awards
Prepare and maintain documentation for contract processing and project tracking
Assist in training less experienced staff and provide input for process improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience
5 - 6 years of experience in sales order processing or a general administrative role
Experience with order management and financial software systems such as NetSuite and MS Excel
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and data management tools
