Job Description

Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers for timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Support day-to-day supervision of team members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Essential Job Skills

Prior Experience and Education

At least 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience. High school diploma or GED required. ASE certification preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Primarily walking or standing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and depth perception. Work may be indoors or outdoors, exposed to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise.

Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance.
