Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels such as special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers for timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates and Licenses
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Primarily walking or standing; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must have good vision and physical dexterity.
Work Environment
Mostly indoor work; occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving parts, chemicals, and noise typical of automotive environments.
Position eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
