Healthcare Customer Service LHH Recruitment is working with a healthcare based organization in Downtown Phoenix. This company is looking to add customer service representatives to their growing team. While the schedules are Monday-Friday, you will be required to be flexible on the working hours based on business needs. If you have previous healthcare insurance / prior auths experience, the role can pay up to $21 / hr. With no healthcare background, the role starts at $19 / hr. Fully onsite.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and enjoys helping others. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients, providing exceptional service and support in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound calls and assist patients, clients, and providers with inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and update patient records accurately.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing or account questions.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent patient service.

Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service experience required (call center or office preferred).
  • Healthcare or medical office experience strongly preferred but not required .
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability within standard business hours (Monday–Friday).
