Paladin Capital Group – Vice President

Paladin is seeking a Vice President to support various workstreams related to the firm’s cyber investment practice. This individual will interface with senior members of the investment team, capital development, and operations / finance teams to lead and support all phases of investment sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation and closing, including preparing appropriate business and market research, investment recommendations, presentation materials, creation of financial models and analyses, creation of term sheets, and driving final deal documentation negotiation, preparation and closing with Paladin legal, investment team leadership, and operational staff and resources. The role will also support capital raising efforts of Paladin.

This role is full-time and reports to Christopher Steed, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. The person in this role must travel frequently, at least twice a month, to Washington DC to interact with the firm’s management and other investment team members.
