Manufacturing - Fiberglass Chop Technician (Bucyrus, OH)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

 Read production drawings and verify mold setup

 Prepare materials and operate chop gun to apply fiberglass per standards

 Roll laminate for proper bonding and finish

 Measure and inspect work using jigs, templates, or gauges

 Safely operate all tools and machinery

 Maintains tools, equipment and a clean work area

 Assist with moving and staging large panels

 Solid experience with use of basic hand and power tools

 Able to pass a forklift drivers test and safely operate a forklift

 Able to read tape measure and perform basic math and fraction conversions

 Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift with minimal absenteeism

 Other duties as assigned

Benefits :

 2 weeks of vacation 1st through 4th year; 3 weeks of vacation after 4th year

 Closed between Christmas and New Years with pay
