Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and develop monthly and annual production plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance tracking.
  • Lead and develop your team by aligning functional strategies with the company's mission and values. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, systems, and quality assurance tools to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
  • Champion a safe work environment by enforcing HSE policies and proactively addressing risks and non-compliance issues.
  • Manage departmental budgets and coordinate medium- to long-term work schedules to meet business objectives across multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex production environments and driving continuous improvement
