The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all field activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all field operations on commercial construction job sites.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries.
• Conduct daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation using construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Hold regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to maintain project timelines and address issues.
• Resolve field conflicts and adapt project plans in real-time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite environment.
