We are seeking a Media Planner for our New York City team. The main objective of this position is to support the Account Management and Sales team in developing KPI-driven media plans and delivering superior campaign management in a fast-paced, modern-media environment.
Responsibilities
- Join brainstorms with Brand Partnerships team to address brand objectives and provide pricing and packaging solutions based on those KPIs
- Act as an expert in Gallery Media Group product offerings and sponsorship opportunities and how they align with Advertisers goals
- Build media plans across all brands and platforms within internal OMS and advertiser templates
- Work cross-department with Buying & Insights and AdOperations teams to understand yield management and monitor / book inventory
- Maintain ad specs for all digital products
- Monitor launch of campaigns and provide screenshots to clients
- Responsible for planning and tracking of hard costs associated with ad campaigns within tight parameters
- Develop production timelines and manage execution for custom programs, often first-of-their-kind
- Create and maintain campaign execution documentation (including Kick off Call decks, reporting templates, budget trackers, etc…)
- Assist with ad-hoc client requests often against tight deadlines
Qualifications and Expectations
BA / BS degree or equivalent1-2 years experience in media planning or digital media within an agency or digital publisherDemonstrated interest in digital media, and understanding of branded content and social platformsProven ability to manage a high-volume of high-touch request while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environmentAdvanced skills in Excel including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macrosEffective and creative problem solving and decision making skillsYou thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, high-energy environment where you’re continuously solving problems creatively and analyticallyLocation
